Method
Potato Balls
- Boil the potatoes and peel the skin . Then mash them very well
- Now add 1/2 cup cornflour/potato starch. Knead the dough well
- Now make small round balls. Now boil them for 2-3 minutes until they float on top of the water
- After they float immediately transfer them into ice cold water
Sauce
- To make the sauce add lot of chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl and pour some hot oil
- Now mix the sauce, add potato balls and toss them nicely in the sauce
- Garnish with some more sesame seeds on top.
Notes
- Knead the dough very well
- When the balls float immediately transfer them into ice cold water
