How to make Baked Potato Wedges?

Ingredients you need:-
2 medium size potatoes, 2 tablespoons, cornflour, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/3 cup oil.
Directions:-
Prepare The Potatoes: First, wash the potatoes to remove all dirt. Cut each potato into 2 parts. Then cut each part in 4 to 5 wedges.
Simmer The Wedges: Bring water, add the wedges and simmer them for 3 minutes adding a little salt to the water. Drain the water and keep the potatoes aside. Cool completely.
Seasoning: Take a mixing bowl. Now take the potatoes, add oregano, pepper, salt, red chilli powder and oil, and mix them with the help of a spatula.
BakingTime: Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Also, preheat oven at 180° C. Line the potatoes on the parchment paper keeping a space of ½ to 1 inch between them. Place the baking tray in the oven with both the top and bottom heating elements on. Bake at 180° for about 25 to 30 minutes. Timing varies from oven to oven. So do keep a check. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
