Ingredients You Will Need:-
3 medium sized/2 large sized potatoes Potatoes
1/2 cup cornflour/potato starch
Ice cold water
Chopped ginger
Chopped green chillis
Red chilli powder
Soya sauce
Sesame seeds
Directions:-
Follow these steps to make your Korean Chilli Potato Balls.
Potato Balls:-
Cook The Potatoes:- First, take a large pot and bring the water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook them properly. Now peel the skin and mash them very well.
Make The Balls:-Take the mashed potatoes, now add 1/2 cup cornflour/potato starch, salt and pepper. Knead the dough well. Now make small round balls from the dough
Cook The Balls:- Take a pot and bring water to a boil for one more time. Add the potato balls. Boil them for 2-3 minutes until they float on top of the water. (When the balls float on the top of the water it indicates, that they are cooked and ready for the massage)
After they float immediately transfer them into ice-cold water and stop the cooking process
Sauce:-
To make the sauce add a lot of chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl. Now pour some hot oil and give them a mix with the help of a spoon.
Massage:-
In a mixing bowl take the potato balls and toss them nicely in the sauce. Place them in a serving dish and garnish with some more sesame seeds on top. Enjoy

- 1 Potato masher

- 2 Large sized Potato
- ½ Cup Cornflour/Potato starch
- 4 Cups ice cold water
- 1 Tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 Chopped green chilli
- 1 red chilli powder
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 sesame seeds
Instructions

- Boil the potatoes and peel the skin . Then mash them very well
- Now add 1/2 cup cornflour/potato starch. Knead the dough well
